Finance Administrator
Keep our books straight and make sure every household has money in their account before their worker’s wage goes out. You own the monthly funding cycle, the reconciliation, and the books in Xero, and you care that a worker is paid exactly right, on time.

Payroll & Compliance Manager
Our first in-house payroll person. Own every payslip we produce and the statutory work behind it: the monthly pay run in SimplePay across 240+ households, UIF registrations and declarations, and the SARS submissions. A payroll bureau or practice background is the closest fit.
