What you get as a worker
A signed contract
We make sure you have a formal, legal contract with your employer that includes:
- Your job title and duties
- Your working hours and days
- Your salary (monthly, weekly or daily)
- Your leave days, sick leave and more
It is written down and clear, so you are not relying on verbal promises.
A monthly payslip
Every month you receive a payslip on WhatsApp that shows:
- How much you earned
- Any days you took off
- Any UIF deductions (for maternity or unemployment)
- Any overtime, bonuses or allowances
You can use this payslip to apply for credit, housing or even a visa.
Your salary paid into your bank account
Your employer sends us your salary and we make sure you get paid on time.

Help with UIF
If your employer agrees, we help them get your UIF (Unemployment Insurance Fund) admin sorted. That means:
- You can claim maternity benefits

If you resign, you will not be able to claim UIF.
Leave tracking
We help keep a record of your:
- Paid annual leave
- Sick leave (with or without a doctor's note)
- Family responsibility leave (when your child or parent is ill)
- Unpaid days or time off
You will always know how many leave days you have left.
Everything on WhatsApp
